With the rapid spread of COVID-19, communities are taking more precautions to reduce contact with the novel coronavirus. To help serve your practice and clients,  we are opening use of our connected care platform, BabelVet, free for 60 days to practices across the US and Canada. 

Using BabelVet, veterinary staff can remotely monitor patient care and stay in contact at a time when social distancing is vital to decreasing the rate of infection among the public.

 

Many of our BabelVet practices have expressed a common byproduct of social distancing: high-volume telephone traffic.  

To mitigate this, we are offering free use of AlphaPack to triage patient care: a 24/7 veterinary helpline, powered by whiskerDocs.  When your client with Alpha Pack calls the 24/7 helpline, their medical needs are assessed remotely. The veterinary practice then receives details of the call and outcomes to ensure continuity of care. If the licensed veterinary staff supporting the helpline determine a medical need exists for a patient to be seen in-office, that information is relayed to the client and practice staff.
